# Raise Unlocks

With this raise, we will immediately improve the service in the following ways:

1. No more "out of stock" on weekends.
2. Marketing + UX role, 24 hour support.
3. Fee drops, marketing spend.
4. New Agentic commerce programs.

### Extra Stock of Laso Products

Our flow of funds is shown in the image below.

<figure><img src="/files/KTkSWogxqqGuPVdGqbxS" alt="Flow of funds for Laso Finance, showing the path from onchain payment, to exchange, to bank account, to issuer."><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Starting from the top-left, a user sends us payment onchain for a card or other Laso service. A card is issued from a partner card issuer (represented with dark gray box at bottom) using Laso's pre-funded balance at that issuer.

Once a day, the following happens, payments received that day:&#x20;

1. Are swept to Laso Finance treasury wallets
2. Sent to an exchange partner
3. Transferred to a Laso Finance bank account
4. Finally, transferred to one of our issuing partners.

We take orders 24/7, depleting our balances at partner card issuers. However, we can only refill our balances at issuers during banking hours.

During the weekend or banking holidays, we cannot complete the loop to fund (at top-right purple -> light gray -> dark gray), which can cause us to **run out of stock** until the bank transfers complete.

One of our first proposals will likely be transferring a portion of the treasury to increase the float in that cycle so that running out of stock becomes highly unlikely.

### Marketing + UX Role; 24-hour Support

We will hire a long-time user to fill the gaps we have on the marketing and UX side of the product. This user has already proven himself at several other crypto projects with real, long-term traction.

In addition, we will staff up our current dedicated customer support from 8 hours a day to 24 hours a day.&#x20;

Your questions will be answered faster; operational tasks like card redemptions will execute faster, and you can be confident we will always be here to help you.

### Fee Drops + Marketing Spend

Increased volume on Laso has a superlinear return. With more spend volume, Laso gets:

1. Larger discounts from vendors which can be passed on to users.
2. Access to deeper integrations in the issuing stack, bringing more spending control and capital efficiency.

Doubling volume doesn't just double revenue, it **more than doubles revenue**. Higher volume leads to increased discounts and interchange share, which positively and directly impacts margin.

To that end, our goal for this raise is to increase volume through one or both of fee reductions and increased marketing.

When we cut [fees on our international card in half](https://x.com/LasoFinance/status/2038665641108877481?s=20), volume more than tripled. Of course, that's partially in response to a time-limited promotion and not the steady-state. Nonetheless, it's encouraging.

This year, we started various paid marketing. Google AdWords is finally starting to pay off, with the most recent 30 days resulting in a **16.51x LTV/CAC ratio**. It's a very tight, focused campaign, so that number is certainly not sustainable at scale. Still very promising.

### Agentic Commerce Program Setup

Today, agents use their crypto wallet to access all the same services on Laso that humans use.

However, for an agent to fully participate in the internet economy and build its own business, it needs a few more tools. Primarily:

1. Ability to receive and send funds from a bank account.
2. Reloadable credit card BIN card.

<figure><img src="/files/EmHiFELs1XDpUyTw3pFx" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Those programs will have a setup cost. In addition, users who want to enable those products will require an enhanced KYC process, which has an additional cost.

They are a worthy price to pay to enable non-organic intelligence to build businesses.

In the longer term, we will also enable agent operators to on-ramp funds to their agent via routes like Apple Pay or Google Pay, bank transfers and credit cards.
